Media reported that 5 people died in flash floods in Uganda after heavy rain that began on 17 November.

Fatalities were reported in areas around the capital Kampala, and in Wakiso District is a district in the Central Region of Uganda. This has not been confirmed by the Uganda Red Cross or Uganda’s Department of Disaster Preparedness and Management.
